High Street Regeneration – serve the local community

Some High Streets have many empty shops but I have noticed that many tertiary centres have very few, if any, which are empty. Why is this? Is it because the local parades supply what their hinterland wants on a day-to-day basis? Do some of the traditional high streets need to recognise that they are now large tertiary centres and learn from the small suburban parades? Continue reading
